Cailin Cifra is a spirited 7 year old who is a born leader. She is fair, outspoken, determined,  and a great problem solver. In first grade she and her friends realized on a field trip that the Austin Nature Center was short on food for the animals. She organized her classmates to draw pictures and sell them for a quarter to raise money for food. They sold $9 worth of pictures!

She loves science, singing, and sports. She is dedicated to her Karate training and is on her 10th belt, she enjoys performing in musicals with TheatriKids, and is a member of the Jr First Lego League team Lego Lizards. Last year the Lizards won the Dynamo Award for their invention of a Hospital Train to reach remote communities.

Cailin enjoys anything athletic but her great passion is tennis. She never turns down a chance to play tennis in practice or competitively. Even when she can’t get to a court, she works on her swing, accuracy, footwork and strength in the back yard. When asked what she likes the most about tennis, she says she loves making new friends. People often comment on her sportsmanship. She never, never gives up regardless of how the game is going and is a gracious when she wins or loses. She is grateful to Coach Sarah for helping her discover her love for tennis and hopes to be a coach for CTTA someday.

Congratulations Cailin WE are so PROUD of YOU
